Nigerian tourism promoter and solo traveler, Omotoke Fatoki, has recently embarked on a 50-day trip to visit and document 10 West African countries.
In the last one month, she has visited about eight countries and different regions on the continent, meeting and interacting with people, eating and dining with them while also learning their values, cultures amidst other things.
Omotoke, who took to her Instagram page to share how the journey has been and to inform every one of the additional days so she could visit the ten countries, also expressed her appreciation to everyone, including friends and family for the support so far.
The Nigerian tourism promoter is also known as an ardent lover of promoting the Nigerian culture and heritage while working towards changing the negative narrative of unsafe Nigeria pictures across the globe.
She has managed different projects from working with a group of friends to provide sponsorship for six kids from primary to secondary school level in Makoko, Lagos, Nigeria, and also provides clean water for a community in Okogbo, Lagos.
Omotoke has also visited all the 36 states in Nigeria to rewrite the negative narratives that has been projected all these years.
We support Omotoke and we wish her an amazing journey as she visits the other countries. Cheers.
