Abayomi Adeola Della is an entrepreneur, product manager and social worker who is so interested in the progress of education in Africa.
As a Life and Business Coach, she has a vision to see people grow individually and collectively in their lives and businesses. She fulfills this vision through authoring, content creation, and coaching programs.
Adeola is also a product manager responsible for creating people-centered products. She possesses over six years of experience in business analysis and development and has completed an MBA Grade Programme for Visionaries at Visionary Compass Accelerator Program.
In the light of her passion to see women do and become, she started Product Women— a community for women in product to support, educate and cheer one another.
She has also served as the Director of Programmes at Lady with Balls where she has constantly developed programs to impact and equip women and girls over the past 5 years.
In a bit to create more platforms for her to do more work for women, she joined the Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ)—a leading organization for women in Africa.
Adeola has always been passionate about volunteering, children, education, and community development. Those passions led her to create Evolufy Africa, where she trains and nurtures children and youth to create change across the SDGs. Additionally, she has launched an Education Fund to provide capital and skill development to children and youth.
She is looking forward to connecting with children between the ages of 4-17 to provide quality education,mentorship and developing technological solutions for various industries while also helping men and women grow spiritually and personally.
Della has impacted the lives of over 30,000 people—old and young and still seeks to impact the world with her knowledge and wisdom.
As a public speaker, Adeola has addressed the Desh Bhaget University, India, Liverpool John Moores University, the UCAM in Spain, The Tribune Newspaper, Nigeria, and Greena FM, Ghana, among other institutions. She also hosts a personal and professional development workshop themed “Becoming More With Della” across various states in Nigeria.

She is a recipient of several awards and recognitions, including being named to Leading Ladies Africa Spotlight for Impact.
Adeola also recently finished her LLB program at Obafemi Awolowo University. Because of Adeola’s interest in Human Rights, she served as a Consultant in the Multi-stakeholders’ process initiated by The National Human Rights Commission, The Nigerian Police Force, and The Police Service Commission and Non-state actors in 2021.
