Orifunke Lawal is a visionary and pioneer by nature who is passionate about providing different solutions that help people get better in their personal lives, careers, brands and businesses.
She has functioned in different capacities and has created structures and systems that help people grow effectively with supervision and accountability.
In 2018, Orifunke founded Lady with Balls, one of the biggest, fastest-growing and people-focused non-governmental communities of ladies currently based in Nigeria where she oversees campaigns and operations that push the organization forward towards achieving her goals.
The organization has grown into over 200 community members and many more who actively follow the vision and show up online for organizational activities.
In 2020, she also started the Orifunke Lawal Academy where she and her team organize certification courses and programs to help business owners, personal brands and career professionals gain more visibility, build more authority and make more money.
The academy which currently runs three programs; The Canva Growth Program (CGP), the Content Creation and Marketing course (CCM) and the Young Professionals’ Advancement Program (YPAP) have had more than 200 individuals who have graduated from the academy.
Orifunke has facilitated numerous speaking and teaching sessions around personal development, career growth, marketing, business development, search engine optimization, women empowerment, and personal branding.
She is skilled at branding and corporate communications, social media management, content marketing, brand management, non-profit leadership, community building and she has valid experience in the fashion, e-commerce, financial, legal-tech and education sectors.

She has also written and published three e-books; The Art of Social Writing, 25 for 25: A Memoir and WhatsApp Blast.
