Nigerian teenage millionaire and wealth creation expert Prosperity Olorunfemi has continued to be a source of inspiration to many people with his success story at a very tender age.
Speaking with Muse.ng, Olorunfemi revealed that the business that fetched him one millionaire naira after starting it with just one thousand naira began when he didn’t have a bank account.
In his words: “I initially started my first business without a bank account, I was leveraging on my mum’s account to run transactions. However it was not without funding, even if it wasn’t a large sum.”

Challenges he faces
Olorunfemi said he is only a teenager trying to wade through the storms of life, adding that he faces challenges just like every other person.
He said: “To overcome them, I have to do better and whenever I try and fail, I learn to do it again and do it better. That summarises it.”
“I’m no fan of “aspire to Maguire”, I believe you have the potential to get any resource you need for whatever plans you have, the business that’s doing well for itself today all started from an idea, executing that Idea brought us this far.”
According to Olorunfemi, it’s not easy managing his work life, career path, academic aspirations together with showing up daily to share value on social media.
He said: “I get emotionally drained countless times and I get very disappointed in myself as well.
“I guess some will see that as the right time to give up, however I live by the concept of exploring my limits so I can create new ones and then explore them again, like I said I’m a teenager wading through the storm of life and every wave for me is a new challenge, a new obstacle, a new mind-bugler and a new problem.”
The young achiever said he was recently offered admission into Ekiti State University but would opt for a professional academy instead where he will get relevant skills and better learning environment.
Making money by solving problems
Speaking about achieving success in Nigeria, he said the country is a land flowing with problems without solutions and countless opportunities waiting to be utilised.
In his words: “I really believe you can make the most of Nigeria while in Nigeria, all you really need to do is to be well aware and observant, you’ll discover so many loopholes, you just have to provide solutions to these problems and position yourself properly for profit, that’s all.”
According to Olorunfemi, one doesn’t have to be an entrepreneur to solve problems.
He said: “It could be a problem you face at your workplace or in your school, I think a video I watched really set my mind firm on this.
“The man built a multi-million dollars business from fixing problems and when asked his secrets he said “simple, whatever bugs you fix it” and it’s just the same for us, there are opportunities in every problem and because it bugs you doesn’t mean you have to leave it rather it means you have to fix it.”
He said people should make it a responsibility to fix those things that disturb them and Nigeria would be better for everyone.
In his words: “As for me, I’m a patriotic Nigerian and African and I live by the fact and responsibility that every problem Africa still faces is because I’ve not grown big enough to solve them yet, and I have to keep working hard till I arrive at the stage where I can conveniently solve them.
“For me I’m not running away, I’m staying here and giving my best to make it better.”
Africa realy need us ourselves to transform it from its roots. Alot of people have depended on foreign Aid and this still leaves us in more debts and poorer than before….. Yet we still cry.
Aren’t we wise enough? Isn’t there anyone wise enough to save Africa?
Yes there is… ISM, PROSPERITY IS… And so are the dedicated determined others.
Well done for this leading example.
